Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled rental period will be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit, less a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
The studio must be used in a responsible and respectful manner. You are responsible for any damage to the studio, equipment, or facilities caused by you or your guests. All equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Any excessive cleaning required after your rental period will be charged to your account.
We provide a range of equipment for use during your rental period. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to operate the equipment safely. Any damage to equipment caused by misuse or negligence will be charged to your account. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the equipment before your rental period begins. If you require assistance, our staff will be happy to provide guidance.
We expect all clients and their guests to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner while on our premises. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and removal from the premises. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these standards.
Capture Collective is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property that occurs during your rental period, except in cases of gross negligence on our part. You are responsible for obtaining your own insurance coverage for your equipment, personnel, and activities. We recommend that you consult with an insurance provider to determine the appropriate level of coverage for your needs.
You retain ownership of all intellectual property created during your rental period. However, you grant Capture Collective the right to use images or videos taken in our studio for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We respect your intellectual property rights and will always seek your permission before using your work in our marketing materials.
